OTP Frustration
Anyone know why the OTP system is so out of whack nowadays? The workflow is ridiculous and is getting extremely annoying. I may be creating a new ASIN and bam! I need to login again. Do a few more updates and bam! Login again! Ok, let's start shipping orders, and BAM! I have to login again. The most frustrating part is after a few hours of this login game Amazon makes us do, I get an error where I've received way too many OTP codes in a day. This normally happens during the day but rarely happens at night when I jump on my account to see what's going on for the next day. Any suggestions from anyone that is experiencing this?

Hello @Seller_Dx2vEnxXlqEw0
We understand your frustration with having to enter OTPs multiple times a day. This increased security measure is designed to protect your account, but we recognize it can be inconvenient. Here are some suggestions to help manage this:
- Ensure your account details, especially your email and phone number, are up-to-date.
- Use a trusted device and browser when logging in. This can reduce the frequency of OTP requests.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies regularly, as outdated data can trigger additional security checks.
- Consider using the Amazon Seller app on your mobile device, which may require less frequent authentication.
- If you're using a VPN, try logging in without it, as changing IP addresses can prompt more security checks.
- Enable two-step verification on your account for an added layer of security that might reduce OTP prompts.
If these steps don't help and the issue persists, please contact Seller Support for further assistance. They can investigate if there are any specific issues with your account triggering these frequent OTP requests.
We appreciate your patience as we work to balance account security with user convenience.
