Amazon Warehouse XAEE

Hi Seller Support,

I had booked an FBA appointment with Shipment ID: FBA15JF36T5L. The location of the warehouse is XAEE with Appointment ID: 31682022296. This warehouse XAEE is inside the Dubai free zone which requires a gate pass to enter that free zone. I went there with the documents(My ID, My Drivers License, Delivery Note and Amazon appointment confirmation) but the free zone security staff demanded a gate pass to enter the free zone and than he said he cannot let me inside the free zone without a gate pass. It is therefore requested to provide a solution for this issue

Just to clarify, here we are the platform Moderators not Seller Support. To reach Seller Support, you need to raise a case directly from your Seller Central Account clicking on the "Help" button then choosing "Get help and resources".

Based on the criteria on this help page explaining the Guidelines for shipments to Amazon , I can see that for XAEE there is a part that states "Entry to the Dubai South Free zone is subject to approval from the free zone authority based on verification of the documents presented at DWC gate 4.

Contact the XAEE fulfillment center POC once you arrive at DWC gate 4, or if using a carrier inform them to do so and provide them with the required documents. Failure in providing the above required documents will lead to rejections and delays in delivering your shipments to the XAEE fulfillment center."

Could you please re-check the help page above to make sure all the steps have been followed?

Also, what has been the response you got when you spoke to the Fulfillment Center POC?
