Customer Return Requesting Label
I am seller fulfilled and have return labels set up so I pay, Customer is requesting a return stating he does not want to pay for return shipping. He said he knows how to use amazon return system but wants a label messaged to him as he does not want to pay for return. Should I create the label and send or force him to use amazon return request system?

He does NOT have to pay for a return label from Amazon anymore then if you create it

I would send a message along the lines of "No problem authorizing your refund; when you use the Amazon return system and you will be provided a pre-paid label, which will not be charged to you. You will get your full refund. yadda yadda yadda"
There is no reason for an honest buyer to not use the Amazon return process. A scammer might try to get around it so that they don't get on Amazon's radar for too many returns.

In addition to the reason noted by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw 'A scammer might try to get around it so that they don't get on Amazon's radar for too many returns. '
The only other reason I can think of is that they want to do a 'buyer faulted' return and they KNOW from past experience that THEY will pay for the return shipping. When YOU send a label you will have no way to charge them for it.

Thanks for the responses. The customer bought 5 of the same Funko Pop, I am assuming he did so wanting to get the limited edition Chase and when he apparently didn't get that he wants to return all of them. It makes sense as was mentioned by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrwthat this might be something they regularly do and demand a direct label to avoid amazons system.

This is a tough one on Amazon as you will have to make a choice and stick with it. Negative feedback is always an option. Plenty of sellers have gone out of their way to help a buyer and still get negative. You have to overcome that fear or every buyer has you on the hook and can blackmail you. Once you pay the ransom, there is a good chance your store name goes on lists you don't want it on...
