Prime Shipping Days is too long

I just had my first order listed on amazon and it is active. Items are being fulfilled by Amazon. However, I noticed the delivery date is 12-15 days for customers. How do I improve the prime delivery days. Is this normal will it change to normal prime delivery days?

Sounds like your items were just received at FBA; in this case, there is often a delay while they get transferred around to various FCs, during which time Amazon will take orders for them, but is unable to ship.

Usually the dates in this situation are extra long. If you're seeing a delivery date of 12 days, it's very likely that within 5-8 days, customers will start seeing the normal delivery windows of just a few days, depending on their Prime status and location.

If you just shipped them in, then yes, this is normal. Nothing you can do but wait.

Greetings @Seller_aPjE8dWJeKyGR,

As another seller mentioned, this is likely a byproduct of your inventory just beginning to enter the Fulfillment network. Now that it's been a few days, have you seen a change in the delivery date?
