Sales have been down for the past 2-3 months despite our best efforts. I'm concerned that Amazon is favoring large brands, which is unfair to small businesses.
simple and best solution for business is amazon advertisement service. at least try this. jai hind, jai bharat.
I assume you are running ad campaigns. Sales are down because of the following reasons -
1. Amazon is copying the top listings of small brands and selling them under "Amazon Brands" at a cheaper and discounted price and selling them via mega retailers.
2. Amazons advertisement is only suited to its gains. While we pay for advertising the product to users and generating awareness the sales go to the Amazon Brands that are priced lower. These products get preferential treatment in return charges, shipping charges and support. There is no way smaller retailers can compete with them.
You will surely not be able to compete with Amazon brands.
I suggest keep track of advertising spends - at least that way you will not accrue huge cost of sale ( whatever little you get)
same is happening since Feb . And adds se bhi kuch ni hota we are spending 30-42k per month on adds and its just getting low and low and lowww orders . Avg was 30-40 per day order and thought grow krega but no bhot decline hae
