There is theft in the Amazon United Arab Emirates expensive watch category. The A-Z team turns a blind eye to it

Order ID: 405-3719927-2611566

Product Amount: AED 1487.00

Claim date: April 26, 2025

Order ID: 403-9052878-1718722

Product Amount: AED 2008.00

Claim date: May 10, 2025

There is theft in the Amazon United Arab Emirates expensive watch category. These two orders belong to the same person from different accounts. We detected this by phone call. However, we cannot prove it.

But this is clearly seen from the a-z complaint histories and customer messages.

The customer continues to order new watches because he knows that the a-z team refunded the customer without looking at any evidence we provided. The Amazon system, which has already dropped our account to yellow for no reason, says that our account is at risk of being closed if we do not send these new orders.

I ask you what would you do if you were the Amazon team. Would you risk your goods being stolen in plain sight?

You close all the lawsuits I open by saying we stand by our decision.

What should we do, not sell on Amazon or should we remain silent while our money is stolen in plain sight?

Dear Amazon team, HEAR MY VOICE NOW
