Why has a cancellation charge been applied to my order? While no courier boy came to pick up my order.
I had also complained regarding this, yet no courier came the next day. Still, cancellation charge was deducted on this. Please check that I am booking tickets for Eid also and also refund my cancellation charges.

One thing is that the same customer bought 13 quality items of the same item and the weight of one item was 4 kg, yet that order came in easyship and then no courier boy even came for the pickup.
