NON RETURNABLE ITEMS - REPOST
I never got a response from anyone and I REALLY need help here.
I am not being reimbursed for Safe T Claims when buyers fraudulently return makeup they decided to try and return because they didn't like it. They make up all kinds of reasons but what is most concerning is all of the sudden Amazon is denying the Safe T Claims saying that the product is non-returnable. Is there something new I missed? I have been reimbursed on the exact product in the recent past. Also - how can I tell if a product is considered non-returnable? Your help is greatly appreciated!

Non-returnable items are usually food or beverages, some health and personal care items that may pose a hygiene risk. You can find more about non-returnable items in the policy below:
Non-returnable items are not covered under SAFE-T claims unless they are deemed as buyer faulted, check this list for return reasons and their respective faulted parties.
Reimbursement policy for prepaid return labels in the seller-fulfilled network
