Copyright infringement Image. Appeals won for months now doom loop with support

About 3 months ago Amazon must of deployed some new image copyright tool. We started recieving mutliple listing flags in our performance dashboard:

Copyright Image Misuse

The products we sell are all customized in house and we take all of our own photos.

We won several appeals using the same information: 15410035031 15439148951

Each time the first reponse was "we have forwarded this case to our internatla team for investigation"

Of course the Amazon AI keeps churning out the same garabe and took down more of our ASINS. We reponsded with the same information

and referenced the earlier cases.

The terrible customer support this time never forward it for internal investigation, they just copy and past the original complaint over and over again.

How am I supposed to address these if Amazon doesn't stay consistent? So far i've spent 10 hours on this issue and have gotten nowhere.

Amazon provide no information on how to prove the images are ours. What is the policy Amazon? How can we reply when we don't even know what you want.

I've taken a look into your case so thank you for providing that. It looks like the reported infringement may still be looming as a word rather than an image. Have you gone through the product details to ensure it's not written anywhere? Bullet points, description, etc.
