For the past 30 days, despite the status showing that packages have been picked up, they remain in my possession. This discrepancy is causing significant delivery delays, leading to customer dissatisfaction and a negative impact on my business operations.
Specifically, as of 05/07/2024, I still have packages that are marked as picked up but are physically still with me. This problem is not isolated and has been happening consistently, resulting in all packages being returned and delivery commitments not being met.
