Urgent Case Escalation Request – Immediate Resolution Needed
On April 15, 2025, one of my ASINs was flagged for a product authenticity complaint by a customer who believed it was not an original item - Kamikoto Kanpeki Knives. To address this concern, I have consistently submitted Order Confirmations from the distributor, Invoices/BOL Documents, Emails to show distributor has authorization to wholesale the items to consumers, however, all of these submissions have been automatically rejected with various reasons and with one statement from the account representative being I created the documents to fraud Amazon. This ASIN is one of my best-selling products, and I have sold countless units, all of which I source directly from the brand wholesaler. Additionally, I would like to highlight that my business is different from the name of the one purchasing the items, but the reason for that is I already had my account established prior with the wholesaler but the address and phone number are consistent with my business account. The team that is contacted via the link has also refused my request on escalation numerous times as well. The case ID's I have are 17621603181, 17610624201, and 17604333981.
My submissions are getting rejected and I would need this to be escalated.

That would be helpful IF you were a 'consumer' but you are not -- you are a reseller.
Have you verified with the BRAND that this 'distributor' is an AUTHORIZED wholesale distributor? Or is it just one of those massive gray market sellers that are touted on TikTok and YouTube as being 'reliable' with thousands of brands?
DO YOU have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on here?
If you have an LOA that specifically says you can sell on Amazon you MIGHT survive listing items.
More and more brands are providing a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
