A rejected order with 8 asins was stolen and we got empty box back (video proof), now we submitted 8 Safe T claims for the corresponding 8 ASINS, 6 were rejected stating we have used the same image and we got a policy warning.

How are we suppose to give different images if all Asins belong to same order id and it was stolen.

Now whenever we contact the support we get the same reply, no one understands the issue or makes an attempt to understand it.
