easy ship pickups not attempted
I have multiple orders since last month, where no pickup is attempted. I have raised multiple cases and the case is open since 26th April. In spite of filling the "no pickup attempted" form multiple times and raising support cases received no response from Amazon. I get the same repeated emails saying we are investigating till the order is auto cancelled, then they sent a closure mail saying since the order is cancelled, we cannot do anything. I tried escalating and asking to speak to a higher up guy but to no avail. Lot of inventory pile up and monetary loss due to this silly non pickup issue. Anyone has any suggestions how to get this resolved apart from FBA .
