Urgent: Issue with FBA Product Inactivity Due to SDS Sheet (HazMat)

Attention Readers,

I'm reaching out with a pressing issue regarding my FBA product on Amazon. Despite being crafted from entirely natural oils without any chemicals, my product has been rendered inactive in the Amazon warehouse.

Repeated attempts to resolve this have proven futile. I've submitted the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) multiple times, meeting all the required criteria, yet the response remains unchanged. The Amazon team insists on a valid SDS, dismissing exemptions outright. (Refer attachment.)

Efforts including case logs, phone calls, and Twitter outreach have yielded no resolution. Instead, I receive automated responses laden with generic links, devoid of any personalized assistance.

The lack of an escalation pathway or clear directives exacerbates the situation. What's needed is human intervention, not automated responses. Your support in addressing this critical issue is sincerely appreciated.

No big deal and don't worry its a simple process of msds, please don't be disappointed, they are rejecting it because they found mismatch somewhere between some sections, amazon don't fool any seller, but yes sometimes amazon team have mild errors, we have been studied for perfumes And don't fall for any promises from any freelancer or company
