Call Me Now buttom Not Working

I have an ongoing case that Amazon keeps closing out when it should not be- and now I can't call them because it appears the Call Me Now button is not working for Seller Support. It's bad enough it never works for Account Health so I can never get ahold of someone there. But now they've disabled the seller support Call Me now button? How and why does stuff like this happen? I need a call back from seller support for ticket 12306948651. NOTE: I have scheduled multiple calls to work around this issue. I have not received ANY calls from Seller Support on any of them.

What seller support call me now button are you referring to? Didn't think there was one. You normally don't get calls from Seller Support, they only communicate through cases.

I am having the exact same issues as of a few days ago. I supply detailed information and the email responses are 95% of the time answering a different question that doesn't exist. The call me now feature works occasionally, but not when I need it most. This is DURING business hours. Absolutely absurd.

I have the same trouble. I have a cc charge show up, no explanation. Have tried 4 times to schedule a call back and no one calls. Also the call me now button not working. Whats going on Amazon????

You should be able to contact Selling Partner Support via Phone or email as well with these steps below:

1. Click the Help button in the top right hand side of Seller Central there is a button that takes you to Seller Support

2. After that you can choose a selection that matches your request

3. From there you should have the option to either submit a email or phone call to Selling Partner Support
