Huge Issues! Someone from Amazon UK call me please! Tried everything else and no one is helping
I have had huge issues with my account the past month. Numerous calls and emails to Amazon but still not resolved. All I want to do is update images on my listings but keep getting told all sorts, none of which makes sense. This is a list of all the things I've been advised so far;
Account standing in other countries needs resolving - I don't and never have sold to other countries
Product listing violations - The number of violations keeps changing but nothing saying what the actual violation is for me to resolve
Account Heath is an issue - My account health is green with no issues
Brand issues - I don't sell branded merchandise nor can I access the brand set-up area
Backlog on my account needing to be cleared - someone said this would be done within 24hrs over a week ago
I have sold via this listing for years yet only now since I tried to change an image and add new variations (which I've done many times before) I'm having huge issues. I have requested calls so many times today but the call is just getting disconnected instantly without even connecting. Please will someone who knows what they're doing please call me.

I am afraid no-one will call you from reading this post - this forum is for other sellers only, and the occasional forum moderator might intervene, but not often much help in resolving issues, sadly.
You have obviously contacted Seller Support with all the ridiculous varying advice, and the disconnecting calls seems to be an ongoing problem - I guess they are getting so many calls.
Sorry, cannot help, but you could try SS again and ask them to escalate it to someone higher up the chain, a manager.

Dont waste your time with incompetent SS. Email them with a clear and well written explaination of your issue. When they dont resolve it, ask to escalate to the leadership team. If they still dont resolve it, let the case close then email the directors team managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

I cant be sure but this may have something to do with the addition of new variations. I know you say you have done it many times, I have sold here for 10+ years and I have never been able to add new variations. That may be something to do with the catogory I sell in. May be worth a check.

If you have an EU account you need to go onto all other marketplaces even if you don't use them (you are automatically enrolled to them and you can not close these accounts without closing your UK MARKET PLACE) - submit your details for verification. Then ring the seller support in each country to escalate the verification issue. Once verified put these market places onto holiday mode and this should fix the issue of being unable to edit listings.
