QZ Tray.
Ever since Amazon made all printing go through QZ TRAY (which I don't even have installed on my computer), printing from mobile is unavailable. I contacted support, and they keep telling me it's my printer app, which it definitely is NOT, since it works fine on other apps. After rewording the question to the help bot three times, it finally told me that QZ Tray is not compatible with mobile, and to use a desktop. Thankfully I have a desktop still, but it's a pain to have to go to it each time I want to print a single order.
Does anyone know a workaround to print amazon shippping from mobile? I get a screen ith the label, but there is no way to even download it so I can print in the phone printing app.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by this. I've never used QZ Tray, never had any indication that I'm forced to use it (although certainly, they keep pushing it), and never intend to use it.
My printing of labels has not changed in the 9 years I've been selling here; for that, everything is the same. Although I've never considered trying to use a mobile app to do this; I guess I'm old fashioned, but this seems like the type of thing better done on a real computer.
