Customer ran over order with their car, Amazon allowed return and issued a full refund....
We had a customer run over their order in their car - they admitted this in their return request.
Amazon allowed them to return this and issued them a full refund at fist scan.
We opened a Safe T claim and were granted a $13.79 refund on a $68.99 order.
We have appealed this decision several times and are told that "You are not eligible for a reimbursement because appropriate reimbursement was issued to you in accordance to the restocking fee policy."
What restocking fee policy are they referring to?

Will you please provide me with an Order number and a Case ID. I need that information before I can take any next steps.
Thanks, Susan
