Need help from a MOD please in regards to an A to Z Claim that was reversed in our favor but no refund. Email from Amazon on 7/19/24:
Thank you for taking the time to provide us with the additional information regarding the A-to-z Guarantee claim on the order 113-9684605-9915433. Upon further review, we have decided to reverse our original decision. We have credited USD 289.27 to your account and your order defect rate will be updated within 48 hours to reflect this change.
How can I check my order defect rate?
In order to view your updated order defect rate, you can download the order defect rate report 48 hours after receiving this mail.
To download your order defect rate report, follow these steps:
1. Go to your "Account Health" page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard
2. In the "Customer Service Performance" section, click "View details."
3. Select the "Order Defect Rate" tab.
4. Scroll down and click "Download Report."
How can I check my refund?
You can view the credit update related to this order in Seller Central one week after receiving this mail.
To view your credit update, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Payments" page:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/payments/
2. Click the "Transactions View" tab.
3. From the "Transaction Type" drop-down menu, select "Other."
4. Select a date range of one week from when you received this mail and you will be able to view your credit for the amount mentioned in this message
There is absolutely no refunds in our account. Then we got another email on 7/28 because I contacted and this is what I received:
Hello,
We have reviewed the buyer’s claim and the information you provided for order 113-9684605-9915433.
Although we understand your position, we stand by our decision.
