Change a marketplace

hello all,

I’m a new seller on Amazon, I have selected uk and European marketplace when I create my account.

But I don’t know why I have three contries on my seller space, USA Canada and Mexico.

I would like to delete them and replace them by European marketplace bu I don’t know how I can do it and the support team feedback is not helping,

Could any help me on this please?

It sounds like you were intending on opening up a European market account, and instead opened a NA account, is that correct?

Have you tried to go to the Sell Globally page to add the European marketplace?

If that does not help you, would you mind sharing the case # you have opened with Seller Support below so that I can take a deeper look into the issue and correspondence there?
