Brand registry Application keeps on getting rejected
Discussing about the case ID - 11115825022
The reason they are rejecting that the documents submitted are not acceptable.
"We are unable to approve your Brand Registry application for TOULX because: The documents provided are not acceptable for Brand Registry."
Whereas i applied for the application for 2 classes i.e Class 35 & Class 8, & brand name on the products are lazer engraved which can not be removed lifetime .
I can even ship them for verification, but when every I apply they just replay with the same pre-define template.
Please help if anyone else is facing the same issue.

Mere application for Trade Mark does not entitle you a Brand Registry. Is your trade mark certificate issued?
If not, you have to wait for some time. The TM process takes around a year.
