Could anyone clarify the criteria for being eligible for Amazon promotional credits?
Since the end of last year, I’ve launched more than 10 new products on Amazon and invested over $2,000 in Vine reviews. Recently, I reached out to Amazon Advertising Support regarding promotional credits, but I was informed that I’m not eligible.
However, I’ve come across articles suggesting that Amazon supports new product promotions, especially when products receive positive customer feedback through Vine reviews. My products currently hold an average rating of 4.5 stars.
Does anyone have insights into specific programs or eligibility requirements for promotional credits? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I can help share our Advertising Support's resources on Advertising promotions where eligibility is discussed along with directions to view your promotional credits. While they don't list any specific advertiser or product requirements on that page, connecting with that support team by creating a case will be the best step you can take to understand if any action is needed from you to become eligible!
