FBA Inventory return
Hello everyone!
Amazon shipped my inventory with a huge shortage. I'm starting to worry that they've suspended my account due to some oversight as I'm missing half of my refund. The website shows the amount to be refunded, and I have receipts for half of the missing items in my hand, but 10 items that disappeared somewhere around Christmas are only listed on the website as reserved and not included in the refund. Does anyone know where I can contact for help with this problem? Thanks!

To resolve your account issues, you need to open a case with the Account Health team. They are the only ones who have the necessary tools and authority to assist you.
You can reach them by clicking the 'Help' button in your Seller Central account.
