My store products get purchased in bulk then damaged products are returned.

Someone purchased hundreds of orders from my store and then maliciously damaged my products and then gave me a refund for all of them, all of these additional costs incurred by the refunds are all on us, these are thousands of dollars and it really overwhelms me, Amazon's rules are really frustrating, I try to accept them but I realize I can't do it.

I hope to get everyone's help my store will not generate a lot of refunds again.
