effected ODR and zero sales
Dear all,
We are a 8 years old Self ship / Easy ship seller on Amazon. My account is now under risk of deactivation , just because i got 2 negative feedback and 2 A-Z claims , where in all of the situations we are continue in touch with customer , but on time of delivery the customer didn't answer and this same repeats 5-6 days. We dropped amazon mail , SMS and several calls, but still there is no response from the customer. And you got a surprise in the morning that the customer had filed and A-Z claim on saying that their is no one who came for the delivery , till all the mails has been done through amazon only. Does Amazon team didn't check the details of the particular order? they accept the claim and refund the amount , product is with customer and he taken the refund. after that A-Z and negative feedback are harming our sales , we are already in loss as my money and product both gone. But amazon is not satisfied just because of this , so they put my account on risk of deactivation and not their is no sales. Just because of that kind of customer who are totally responsible for the delay are such a fraud and after raising appeal they didn't even give you a satisfied answer. And nothing is been done yet. I have the best price and fastest delivery time , but still amazon given the buy-box to other seller's. and we are on 0 sales from last 3 days. don't know when amazon is going to change their policy for seller help. was expecting to add 2-3 brands more on amazon but after seeing all these issue i don't have that much capability to take the loss.
