Lost BUY BOX

Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,

I found my products thats all lost the buy box, and I confirmed my account status is normal. This is seriously affecting my sales program and causing me a lot of loss.

Is your ODR rate over 1%? That's normally what causes a seller to lose the Buy Box.
