Can someone please help me contact Amazon center customer support.
I have written them three times, and I don’t get an answer. It’s almost as if it’s automatically and AI generated. Or, someone is choosing a random email template and pressing send. I can’t even reply to the emails.
I asked for a call, no one has called. I would love to just close my account, but since they take money without explanation or appeal, I would hate for them to keep my card on file or mess with my credit.
They pulled money out of my account $33.99 and said I have a balance. But, I don’t even know how.
Please, I just want to contact support.

You will not get any response except the AI response. That is because Amazon has provided the answer in your seller central, using the same AI.

You will not get a refund because if you knew how the site worked you could have 300,000 listings live right now.

Selecting the type of account is a little tricky on purpose, so your mistake is made. You are not the only one who has, and will, experience the problem.
SOLUTION:
- Open Seller Central Page
- on the Toos round logo on the screen's top left.
- On the screen's left side, find ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Locate DOWNGRADE ACCOUNT and click the tab and follow directions.
- You will not be billed NEXT Month

Call your bank and make a claim. The bank will give you the money and fight for you. Amazon doesn't care and they will tell you that they won't refund the money.
