Why am I being asked to re-verify my account....AGAIN?
on 04/27/2023 I submitted everything I needed to re-verify my account, something I had not done in probably 12 years. Okay, I get it, I need to verify I'm me. It was done. I received the attached message from Amazon on 05/01/2023 stating the verification was successful. SO....why did I receive today, 05/15/2023, another request to re-verify once again?


Any mod able to assist me? I don't like the idea of getting caught in one of Amazon's many loops.

Me too, same exact scenario. I cleared verification last week, and then just got the re-Verify email (for the second time) about 15 mins ago.

I'm having the same issue. Got an e-mail on April 29th stating "We have completed verifying your identity." Today I got an e-mail saying I need to verify my identity again. Not really sure what to do now.

The same thing happened to us. We passed re-verification a few weeks ago and just got the same message again.

Last week they said it was "technical banner glich"....
Now with a "glitch" letter? Maybe?

Same thing. We got verified on May 12th, 2023 and then got Re-verification email and banner on our account in 3 days, "Additional Information Required. We were unable to verify your details and would require you to provide additional information that can help complete the verification process."
No explanation in the email. Did something not match? If it didn't what exactly do you need from us to resubmit?
Contacted customer service and got bot replay which doesn't make much sense. Contacted one more time and got a replay "You need to re-verify your account."
