Ungating with invoice
I am having a bit of difficulty ungating. I'm one of many, I know ;).
My store name (buyers see) is different from my LLC (where money flows in/out). Both are listed on my account detail page. My distributor invoice shows my LLC name not the store name.
Could this be what's holding amazon back from ungating me? If so, should I change my store name to match my LLC or contact to distributor to (maybe) resend the invoice in my store name?
Please help? Thank you!

There is that possibility. I had to send in my LLC papers for two different companies I own to prove I controlled both when I did Brand Registry.
Warning though -- DO NOT confuse AMAZON allowing you to list (or at least "ungate") an item or category and actually being APPROVED to sell a product. AMAZON is only interested in FEES. They will allow a chimpanzee to list if it means they collect $$$$$.
Here are the other main issues --
The first question is -- Are you authorized IN WRITING by the BRAND to sell their items on Amazon? That means from the BRAND, not some random wholesale source that can NOT authorize anything – they only SELL.
More and more brands have provided a "whitelist" of their approved sellers and if YOU are NOT on the list you will be stopped in your tracks and probably hit with an IP violation.
The second (and probably more important) question is -- Where are you sourcing your products? Are you buying direct from the brand or through an AUTHORIZED wholesale source?

Hello @Seller_16BkBJE6MXHa8,
Michelle at Amazon here. I have read your concerns and understand that you would like to know if you need to change your name. What I have seen some sellers do is get a Doing Business As (DBA) to send with their invoices and that has worked in the past if it's a matching issue. I can't guarantee this will work as I don't know if they are denying your invoices due to your supplier or something else, but it's worth a try.
Regards,
Michelle

if you are automatically getting declined is the limbo glitch that amazon has,
REAPPLY button or creating a new case will result in the limbo scenario that put me here in the forum in the first place, and that is that the seller applying will get an automatic response from the system auto closing the case.
How to solve it :
go to CATALOG > VIEW SELLING APPLICATIONS
look for the one that was automatically closed and click > view CASE LOG
then , inside the log, right next to where it says : need more support > click GET HELP > I need more help with this issue
then the seller can attached all the proper receipts and invoices in order to be reviewed by the proper ungating team.
Hope it helps a few
