I want to bring attention to a serious issue I’m facing with Amazon’s return process and claims system. One of my returned products has not been delivered back to me even after 35 days, and when I raised a claim for it, Amazon denied it, stating I should have filed the claim within 15 days.But here’s the catch – Amazon's own policy says that you can raise a claim only if the returned product is not received within 30 days. So how could I have filed it earlier?This is a clear contradiction in policy and an unfair denial of my rightful claim.I followed the process exactly as per Amazon’s stated guidelines, and now I’m being penalized due to internal inconsistencies.
Has anyone else faced such an issue?
It’s extremely disheartening as a seller when we follow every rule and still get such treatment. We bear the loss while the system gives no accountability.
I hope Amazon sees this and addresses the matter fairly. And I urge other sellers to be cautious and raise your voice if you’ve faced similar problems.

Customer refund date + 51 days. Count this in ms excel. The result will be your pro active reimbursement date. If you do not receive compensation by the date then you can apply for SAFE-T claim. They will grant the claim.
