No, Amazon does not allow you to do that. Your return policy has to be at least as good as Amazon's meaning a buyer can return your product for any reason within 30 days, or up to about 90 days around the Christmas holidays (a period we are currently in.) You can set your products up for returnless refund if you wish, but you can't not give the buyer a refund if they wish to do a return unfortunately.

That makes the success of Amazon. If someone gets cheap Temu or Alibaba stuff: return to sender.

Thank you. What is a returnless refund? Amazon makes it so hard to understand.

Hey there @Seller_IfqJmVsHhNd98- appreciate you looking to the New Seller Community for some guidance on returns!

@Seller_DdmPiA1p1S2Wu- is spot on here that, a seller's return policy does need to be at least as good as Amazon's return policy, which you can review here. So, there is no method for arranging your listings to not offer any path to refunds for customers.

I'll also include this page dedicated to setting up Returnless Resolutions, and this page focused on items that can't be returned for a variety of reasons, in case they match your products!

Finally there is a lot of good information in this Returns FAQ, but let me know if I can help answer any other questions on the topic.

Best,

Danny
