2 PIN TRAVEL ADAPTER IS NOT ALLOWED BY AMAZON ALTHOUGH ALL OTHER BRANDS LIKES PIPESTATION IS SELLING 2 PIN PLUG

Dear Forum Family,

Good day, I hope you are all good. Today amazon remove our listing by saying that we don't allowed 2 pin plug to sell in UK although all others brands like pipestation selling similar plug. My questioned is this

1) How amazon allowed brands likes this pipestation to sell this plug

and 2) that this travel adapter is not used in UK it is travel adapter which is carry by buyers to used in another country not UK.

Please let me know how we remove this restriction and make our page active and what documents are required for this.

1) How amazon allowed brands likes this pipestation to sell this plug

and 2) that this travel adapter is not used in UK it is travel adapter which is carry by buyers to used in another country not UK.

Please let me know how we remove this restriction and make our page active and what documents are required for this.

We had one a few months back. Amazon THINK that the product is an electrical product with a 2 pin plug and NOT simply a 2 pin adapter.

Products with 2 pin plugs cannot be sold on amazon UK. But amazon bots are not programmed we ll enough to understand what you are selling is not actually an electric product.

All you can do is continually push seller support back to explain what the product actually is.
