Amazon is auto pushing the wrong information on our listing and said they aren't doing anything about it.

We have a product of a single bird seed cylinder that is 2 pounds listed for sale in a variation of multipacks (of the same weight). On the back end, everything is correct and we have 2 pounds, single cylinder listed everywhere on the backend. On the customer facing side, it says 4 pounds, single cylinder. Which is wrong. I opened a case (15287775471) asking how this can be corrected as we've had customers purchase the single 2 pound cylinder and get mad when they receive one 2 pound cylinder instead of the 4 pound that Amazon is incorrectly pushed.
We got a response from support trying to compare our bird seed to TVs and how 4K ultra, ultra UHD and UHD is automatically categorized as a general 4k. Which is no way relevant to our bird seed in any way, shape or form. I responded saying that we were doing everything correct, but we're still having trouble getting it to say 2 pounds instead of 4. I got a response with the EXACT same scripted TV/4K message and ZERO help from support.
Why is "support" such a joke?

try sending them products pictures, if you can get it in the same picture, show where it says 2lbs and the UPC....Mention things such as 'Disappointing buyer experience when they do not receive what is advertised"....
