pending orders
I have multiply pending orders 15ish some 6 days old. I wonder if this was intentional from another seller of the same product. I question why so many orders haven't been fulfilled. I want to be clear i am new to selling and only currently have around 100 items listed 15% of my product sitting seems suspect. I am curious if there is anything that can be done about this or will i still charged additional storage charges? I read I should wait 21 days before doing something but again just seems weird someone can offer to buy an item but not pay.

I assume since you mention "storage fees" that these items are FBA. If not, what I say will not apply.
FBA items remain "Pending" until Amazon actually ships them to the customer.
If you've recently sent your items to FBA, they quite often will be received at one warehouse, then redistributed to various FCs across the country. In that case, they may be made available for sale prior to Amazon actually be ready to ship them. Customers will see a "Ships By" or "Receive" date often a week or more out, but are still free to order.
Even if your items are ready for Amazon to ship, there can often be issues with customer payments. When this happens, a customer has 7 days to resubmit payment, and get a total of 3 attempts, so can theoretically go 21 days, although I've personally never seen that.
Lastly, even if the item is ready to ship, and there are no payment problems, non-Prime customers who select "Free Shipping" will often see delays of several days, especially if there are multiple products to be gathered together.
If you have listed your products on another listing, then a competitor messing with you is certainly a possibility (and if you have done this, make sure you matched the listing EXACTLY, including the brand if PL). But there is very good chance, especially if you just shipped items in, that this is totally normal delays.
Regardless, once it's FBA, there is nothing you can do about it but wait.

Hi @Seller_QPMMecFY93BFj,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help!
On the Manage orders page, an order with a status of Pending might indicate an issue with the buyer's payment method or a convenience store payment method. In some cases, our payment and order detail verification processes can potentially extend order processing times for as long as 21 days.
@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw is correct,
Please let me know if you have any questions!
Best,
Dominic
