Dear Amazon,
CASE ID: 14569147311, please help us solve the problem.
Our ASIN was listed under our own brand. On January 3, the brand of the ASIN was suddenly changed. We are well aware that we have no affiliation with any other brand nor are we involved in any unauthorized brand tampering.
According to Amazon's Brand Name Policy, Amazon will only allow brand name corrections for registered brand ASINs if the ASIN brand name attribute contains spelling errors, capitalization errors, or legal abbreviations at the time of publication.
Requests for brand name changes beyond these minor corrections will be considered rebranding, and any requests for significant changes to the brand name will be considered rebranding and should not be supported by Amazon. Currently the ASIN shows that we need authorization from another brand, please help us restore the original brand of the ASIN.

I am dealing with a similar issue.
How can a Brand Name be changed after the creation of the ASIN, but ALSO Amazon is unable to fix this issue when it arises?
These are two contradictions that Amazon refuses to address, and in the support tickets that I keep opening, I just get the runaround & non-answers.
My most recent case has devolved from getting vague non-answers about how they can't help, and now they've turned the ticket into a back-and-forth about Do Not Flush labeling. It's driving me insane. Case ID 14541488091.

First issue is it's somehow easy for outsiders to change the brand name on a page you created and try to hijack your listing.
Second issue is, it will be hard for you to change it back.
Final issue, amazons huge directory of listings becomes a mess of falsely edited pages.
