1. This is not the place to seek this information. Seller Forum cannot help you. Contact seller support.
2. Seller Support will probably be not able to provide either. Departments are different and Seller Support seldom has access to such information. But try anyway.
3. Why do you need Cr Notes for GSTR1? You do not need to upload the credit notes. Simply check the GST portal and note down the credit note number and relevant detail. File GSTR on this information. Simply take a screenshot for the credit notes uploaded by Amazon for your record.
