Action required: Re-verify your Amazon seller account
Hello,
I verified my account on April and received the below confirmation email on May 1st from Amazon :

Today I received another email from Amazon that I need to verify my account and providing Photo ID and a bank statement which I already provided on the first time and the account was verified.
Below is the email i received today May 15th.

I don't know what other documents I should provide as they already have bank statement, photo ID and company registration number and all Tax information.
I called seller support and they told me that Amazon verified the accounts twice, I don't know if that correct or not.

Did you send them your utility bill? Gas, water, or electricity bill, must be one of these under the name exactly matching account name.
