customer wrote negative review on listing page, customer is not verified purchased

customer is competitor when you click on the customer profile you can see she wrote all five start reviews for brand NutraPerfecto

this customer is associated with brand NutraPerfecto and seller company is Binky Trade B0DZMTD1DB

We used the Report abuse link next to the review to report it. However the review was not removed

We have reported these reviews & emailed the team to handle and so far however review has not been removed yet.

I have submitted case id 17643209241 however the case is been Transferred to another team. However

it's been weeks and no answer or response from amazon teams.

this is hurting our new product page and sales and we worked really hard this really upset me. All bad amazon sellers should be not allowed to sell on amazon.

Has anyone had success in getting these sorts of fake reviews removed? I'm not sure what to do next.
