FBA pick up not done till date, Nobody cares to reply from support, No VOID option

Tried to send few products to FBA for the first time.
Till date, I haven’t received a reply from support.
I am still not getting VOID Charges option
If i click to cancel, It is giving a warning message, Shipment already paid
Booked on 1/11/2018
Scheduled for 5/11/2018
Today it is 12/11/2018.
Now i have sold half of these products.
