Amazon Global Logistics, Never Again!
Back in August we created a shipment a specifically chose Amazon Global Logistics. Let's the madness begin!
Estimated arrival date at the destination port- October 14th.
- Estimated Delivery Date- October 25th
- Scheduled Deliver Date- October 28th
Indeed, the shipment arrived on October 14th. Since October 14th my shipment stuck in transit.
When I call Amazon Seller Support, they keep telling me that it's a non-partner carrier. What??? Since when Amazon Global Logistics is a non-partner carrier? I was told to go and take care of my issue by myself.
After many cases and calls all I got from Amazon Global Logistics team was FC delivery appointment date which in turn was rescheduled almost 20 times! They have no visibility on my shipment. Shocking!
I didn't receive any valuable information from Amazon support or AGl, got stocked out, missed the holiday season and incurred big financial losses.
Sitting in a complete darkness, I did my own investigation. I found the local logistics company which is working with Amazon to pick up that container (Yes, Amazon Global Logistics team did not provide me any info what is actually happening with my shipment) . Upon calling the logistics company, I was told that the delivery appointment is scheduled for December 5th at 9pm. Well, they also told me that they cannot dispatch a driver since Amazon can't find that container and they don't have any information on the location of that container.
I'm sure there will be no refunds, no reimbursements, nothing. They will probably deliver that shipment sometimes in January.
I contacted over 50 Amazon agents. No resolution to my case, no visibility, no responsibility. "Sir, it's a non-partner carrier"
On my sellers dashboard the delivery date is still displayed as October 28th.
Will I do business with Amazon Global Logistics again? Never!

You simply waited too long to get the ball rolling. October 21, 2024 was the cutoff date for new shipments of inventory to be received and processed by FBA.
A number od sellers on these threads are reporting the products arriving now are being returned to sender. Hope your container doesn't fall into the same situation.
And an additional problem you may run into is the shortage of inventory actually received by Amazon, either damaged or just mission.
