Fake buyer issues

hello,

As a beginner in amazon seller we faced a lot of struggle to maintain our sales i will be fine but now last we facing problems in buyer they are cancelling product with out any reason in cash on delivery time. 3 or More times The same issue faced from buyer and they are returned product are materially different and empty boxes so I kindly request to take an attension against this and I hope u will take a good decision because we need to grow up our sales
