Get a lawyer to sue?
Lately, many of you have been experiencing problems with blacklisted lawyers, right? I changed attorneys and rebranded my registration and was surprised to be denied! Customer service answered, always with a template answer, and every time I was told to wait 14 days for a response! It's a rejection every time! Is there any good solution for this? Is the only way to get a lawyer to sue?Really?

Have you verified with the USPTO that the LAWYER is the issue?
Most of the time it is a problem with the APPLICATION and something -- even an extra SPACE -- not matching on the Brand Registry application.

Hi @Seller_W57x1yulPxaSx
I see in your open case, Support instructed you to appeal the decision if you believe it was made in error:
When submitting an appeal, please ensure that:
--Your selling account is reactivated. If your selling account is not reactivated, your Brand Registry appeal will be rejected.
--If Your selling account is currently deactivated. You may appeal an action taken on your selling account by submitting an appeal by clicking the “Reactivate your account” button in Account Health (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard).
--The appeal should only be submitted by you and not any other person.
--Enter information accurately and to the best of your knowledge in the appeal form. Please do not leave any field blank in the appeal form.
--Please do not ignore this appeal, as it could affect your future enrollments attempts and benefits of Brand Registry.
Amazon can’t explicitly tell you why your Brand was removed because it weakens our ability to detect possible violations in the future and the right path forward is to submit an appeal.
