Transparency Barcode
Okay this is my dilemma with Transparency code. I tried to add a product and Amazon said that I needed approval, and that the product has a Transparency code. I was asked to upload 5 of the Transparency codes b/4 they would allow me to sell the product, which I did. Amazon approved me and the product was Listed, a day later I got an order for the product and before I could buy shipping amazon asked that i upload the 29 digit from the barcode, which I did and was approved to buy shipping. A day after shipping the item I received an email from amazon Transparency team that the Transparency Barcode didn't march with the order. I replied and informed them that it was the same barcodes that was sent to them for approval. Later I received 2 more orders and I had to contact Seller support who told me that they will send my case to the Brand Registry. When I try to upload the Transparency codes it keeps kick it out and I need to fufill this orders because if I cancel them it will effect my cancellation metric.
what should i do regarding this issue. any suggestion will help.

Some manufacturers now label their products with Transparency 2D barcodes or serial number barcodes to better track their inventory and ensure its authenticity. Your Transparency-enabled products for sale on Amazon must be appropriately labeled with Transparency codes or brand-issued serial number barcodes. The Transparency-enabled ASINs you source from vendors must also include Transparency codes or serial number barcodes.
