Cant access ads.amazon.com

Hello I am trying to access ads.amazon.com to promote my product but it gives me an error that I am not authorized or invalid access, any suggestions will be appreciated , Also I am unable to create prime discount it keeps saying suppressed because the price in not listed while it is listed and there

Before I can dig in, I have a few questions. Have you previously been able to access your Ads dashboard, or is this the very first time you are looking to set up an ad?

If so, have you opened a case yet with Ads Support?
