How To Enable Self Delivery For Self Ship Orders?
We've received an order for self-ship in a nearby locality, but unfortunately, there's no option for self-delivery; only the "confirm shipment" option is available. This means we have to use Amazon's listed courier services for delivery. If it's a guaranteed or priority delivery, we usually opt for the recommended courier, but their rates can be quite high. For instance, we recently had an order from a location just 300 meters away from our business, but the recommended courier, Bludart, charged us Rs. 400 for shipping while the order's value was only Rs. 345. Bluedart's location is also quite far, 7 km away, and there are no other Amazon-listed couriers nearby. Since it's a self-ship order, we have the customer's contact details, but we prefer not to divert sales away from Amazon. Unfortunately, this situation results in a loss of sales for us. Now, we starting to question the decision we made, as it seems to have led to a significant loss of sales for us.
We've tried reaching out to the seller support team numerous times via phone and chat, but each time, we've been given links that don't address our specific issue. We're seeking advice from the seller community on how to enable the self-delivery option for self-ship orders. Your insights and help are greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

REGISTER AS A BUSINESS ON DELHIVERY ITSPRICES ARE LESS THAN AMAZON TILL 1KG, THEY PICKUP FROM YOUR LOCATION AND DELIVER WITHIN TIME, THEY PROVIDE GST INVOICE SO YOU CAN CLAIM THE TAXES ON SHIPPING SERVICES JUST LIKE AMAZON ATS DOES.
I HAVE BEEN SHIPPING ALL MY SELF SHIP ORDERS USING DELHIVERY AND I HAVE FOUND IT TO BE VERY FEASABLE AND CONVIENENT.
