Strategic Account Management (SAM) – SAM is a free account management service subject to seller performance and business metrics staying above the program thresholds.

Time Bound Account Management (TBAM) – TBAM is a free account management service and is limited to a selected number of sellers based on the seller performance metrics (ODR, PFCR, LSR) and key customer facing metrics Prime Adoption, Tools Adoption, and Current Selection.

Amazon Business Advisory (ABA) – ABA is a paid account management service. Please click here to learn more on the eligibility and fees.

Please do not hire or request for Amazon in-house account manager, they will try to loot your money.

They only advise you to spend more and more on advertisement and coupons. If you ask them for any help like wrong refund or wrong order refund commission they will simply deny.
