Weight handling fees waiver

I received an email at the beginning of this month stating:

"Congratulations! We are pleased to announce you have been classified into the Advanced level based on your performance on STEP metrics."

The email also mentioned:

"Weight handling fees waiver: You are eligible for waivers in weight handling fees up to INR 12 on every shipment, which includes INR 5 for National, INR 6 for Regional, and INR 12 for Local shipments. The fee waiver will be automatically applied to all your shipments."

Based on this classification, I am eligible for the handling fee waivers mentioned above. However, when reviewing the transaction details for each shipment, I noticed that the weight handling fees are the same as those charged last quarter.

I am unsure why the fee waiver has not been applied and would like assistance in resolving this issue. Could you please look into this matter and provide guidance on how to ensure the fee waiver is correctly applied to my shipments?
