Still missing products on my Amazon FBA shipment

I haven't heard back from Amazon on this since they've answered the first time. Another "products have been counted" and no option for reconciliation. I know what I sent in, I know it as correct and I have all the proof to show it, but Amazon still hasn't helped at all. So, once again bringing up that FBA17M1S4ZD3 should NOT be missing any products and Amazon has most definitely miscounted or lost the products during warehouse transfers.

FBA17M1S4ZD3 - Cases open include 14786600771 and 14794934051. None of which have had any resolution and I've waited well over a month since the last mod told me someone was working on it.
