post.1 you should concetrate on how amazon policies were voilated by a seller for fake product reviews.

You took down his listings for eyewash and again reinstated the seller.

Worst . I cant disclose the name of seller and brand here due to policies of amazon.

But this can be famous case of cheating by amazon

Start buyer ratings, so that buyers who are returning duplicate items due to amazons pathetic return verification can be blocked. In due time all such buyers will be taken out of the system.

We should consider improving our return policy, similar to how Myntra handles it. Customers with a high tendency for returns could be charged a small return fee. Additionally, implementing a quality check at the time of pickup would help ensure better accountability and reduce unnecessary returns.

Abracadabra! My Amazon Business Wish !!

As much as we all want magic to solve our business challenges, some of the issues we face need practical, immediate attention—particularly when it comes to product theft by ATS staff and return misuse. 95% of sellers, including myself, have dealt with unjustified returns where we receive used or swapped products. This hurts our business, yet Amazon still fines us 15% under the Seller Controllable Return Rate (SCRR), further profiting by reselling these returned goods.

If I had a magic wand, I’d make Amazon implement stronger accountability measures to curb these thefts. A simple fix could be requiring ATS staff to input a one-time password (OTP) from the buyer’s phone after successful product pickup. This would hold them accountable and deter fraudulent returns, preventing sellers from being wrongfully penalized.

Amazon has the power to protect both buyers and sellers, yet this ongoing issue suggests a reluctance to change a system that profits them.

"If you truly care about seller success, show some sp*ne and act on this problem that so many of us face."

It’s time to stop benefiting from these incidents and implement meaningful solutions.

Mr. Adem,

Just a reminder that I am still waiting for your response to your previous seller engagement post, "What's the Best Part of Being Your Own Boss?! 😎"

My wish -

Amazon lead - seller funded ratings. As a buyer from Amazon, I receive a lot of products which promise cashback in return for only 5 star reviews. Naturally, genuine products will get overshadowed by such fraudulent sellers.

So, similar to Amazon US's Vine Program - you can also launch a buyer feedback program. The Twist- Reviews will be solicited directly by Amazon (instead of seller) by insisting on a honest review which promises cashback irrespective of 1 Star or 5 Star in return for a detailed review. The cashback will still be funded by seller and it would operate just like a Deal/Promotion/Coupon with fixed total and per product/unit budget.

I wish Amazon would implement a TP (Total Price) model, where all selling costs (including the much-needed smart average calculations of shipping charges from various clusters, return costs at the product level, etc.) are automatically calculated by the system using AI and factored into the selling prices for each seller based on customer's location and the seller's ASIN based average return percentage data. This would allow sellers to easily understand the payments made to their accounts by simply adding the TP of delivered orders. Products with high return rates and distant cluster placements would gradually phase out, enhancing consumer experience with better prices, improved quality, and faster delivery. Additionally, sellers would automatically be prompted to reduce return rates, position their inventory closer to demand, and make other optimizations. It’s a win-win-win situation for sellers, consumers, and Amazon's system.
