Amazon Picker not picked 4 orders on Scheduled date
Amazon Easy ship Picker has not come to pick up my 5 scheduled orders.
1]Order id : 403-8058873-7491565 & 403-7606306-9733154 :- Inspite of filling up the Easy pick up Miss form, nobody is coming for pick up, now the order will get automatically cancelled and cancellation charges will be levied on my account for no fault of mine.
2] Order id : 407-5898083-4949112, 408-2934196-4888327 and 403-0785144-2777107 :- For all these scheduled orders no one came for pick up, I am repeatedly writing in forums and Get help section but there is no solution. The Easy Pick-up team never turned up to pick up the orders. Now I am following up for the cancellation fee charge reversal that is also not happening. I am fed up with the system.
